I'm bummed. I ate less than 1500 calories yesterday and did 20 minutes of cardio, but still managed to gain weight. I'm guessing it's due to not drinking enough water and cramming in some yogurt and grapes before bed time. I wasn't hungry but my husband was concerned because I had consumed so few calories during the day. Theoretically it could be muscle gain because I did 6 minutes backward on the elliptical which is a huge increase, but it's not likely to cause .8lbs in gain.

Going to work hard to drink more water today. I may reconsider the high calorie dinner I have planned for tonight if I haven't lost back down to yesterday's weight by the time I get home from work.
