I started this diet at 195.5 pounds on January 7, 2010. In a week I have already lost six pounds and am down to 189. I hope that I can keep this up. My goal is to lose another 39 pounds by the end of February. I'm having a little trouble though. I've already run out of my favorite supplements and the others need help to be palatable. I'm also feeling like I have the stomache flu without the fever, which I'm told is normal and will pass in a few days. It's getting better, but it's by no means easy to stick to this diet when my husband is still eating whatever he wants. I need to do this though. For myself. I'm at risk for diabetes and I need to lose this wait to be healthy. Well, wish me luck and here it goes.
