I have to honestly say.. the Pasta Primavera we made last night was AMAZING.
Angel Hair Pasta mixed with veggies cooked in a wok including tomatoes, zucchini, broccoli, garlic, shrooms, and our special blend of spices. Gonna have to do that again.
Actual: Waist Measure: 33.75" (Goal is 32") BF %: 17.5% on 11/15 (Goal is 10%) Pushups: 35 (Goal is 100) Fasting: Fasted until 5:15pm. Ate until ~8:30pm.
Cut Plan: Pushups: 40 tomorrow and then rest weekend. Start with 45 Monday. Pasting: Water fast today until 5-5:30pm Weight: 175lb by 11/23 & finish cut by end of year.
