ok...i still have my hair....the scale did show a good loss for me for the week.....i was seriously seriously gonna tear out my hair in frustration if i didnt lose at least a pound. i was very conscious this past week of all my food and exercise. I thought i had been pretty close the prior week and only had a .8 loss....so i was slightly bummed, but this week made up for it! yaya......here's to another awesome week! cheers!
