re-wrote my goal card and reset on my commitment to healthy foods.
Actual:
Waist Measure: 33.75" on 11/15 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 17.5% on 11/15 (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: Rest weekend (Goal is 100)
Fasting: Broke fast at 9am
Cut Plan:
Pushups: Rest weekend. Start with 45 Monday.
Fasting: Water fast today until 1pm.
Weight: 175lb by 11/23 & finish cut by end of year.
Add dips in December probably.

Thanks warran, XX, and meadow! @wanna --> I fell off the riding bandwagon when I undertook the whole house remodel. It's FINALLY coming to a close right in time for winter. I'm hoping to get back into a routine on exercise step by step and logging my miles. I've never really used a site like starva or anything but signed up yesterday to check it out (thanks for cluing me in!) it's about time to brush the dust off the gear.
