So the past week and a bit was pretty bad, few nights of takeaway and over-eating saw me reach 141-142(kg). I am now back down to 140.4(kg) which has given me a bit of a boost of confidence that I'm not heading back up. I have noticed though, that while my body weight has gone up my overall body shape has gotten slightly smaller. So I could have gained muscle weight and just losing fat which would be great.

Yep, keep going and then look at the overall trend. Measurements can be more helpful than weight.

Yea, thanks. I have to pick up a tape measure, but for now the belt I used to wear is too big now which is great.
