Measured weight at 9 am and I usually measure at 5:30, so probably a difference there.
Ate well yesterday. Turned away a lot of cravings :) I also haven't drank alcohol since New Years which I can't complain about.
100 push ups yesterday in sets of 25. Quality is getting much better. 4 pull ups. 10 burpees 45 crunches. 15 each side.
I guess I was in the mood for a workout.
Got my turkey cutlets thawed out today for lunch. Small breakfast and no snacks cause we have a bday party to go to.
