Had to correct starting weight weighed 215 or 216 at last OB appt. Well see how today goes!

i AM GOING TRY TO weight in ONCE A WEEK ON SAME DAY AND PUT THE SCALE IN SAME PLACE...LOL!! My hardest thing to deal with is plateauing and weekends are hard too. these are my weaknesses. It is hard to make time for activity too. These are things I need to work on. and update progress on.

Changed my plan and went to Moe's I was carefully but not liking the after affect in my stomach. Need to keep to a plan be careful what i change to.
