Eh ok, so maybe I shouldn't have eaten that really big portion of hand-cut french fries but at least I left the bun off of my bacon cheeseburger. Yeah yeah, I'm only kidding myself. I know I've been pushing the limit the past few days and the scale proves it. One pound up isn't awful but I know I've got to do better. It's Friday, so that's a bright point. The weekend can be tough though and there was a death in the family yesterday so I'm certain that will mean more family time. We always eat when we're together so this could be a struggle. Onward and upward however. I'll do the best I can and keep on tracking things so I know where I screw up. My little black bag of snacks will be by my side all weekend long. :)
