I need to exercise. I wish I had a crossfit gym or bootcamp that I could go to. It is very hard for me to get up in the morning because I have no one but myself to hold myself accountable. I am too tired at the end of the day and I need/want to spend time with my boys.
So yet again I am trying to make another goal. It seems I keep making them and yet I fail. I would love to get up and warm up on the elliptical and then do a tabata type of exercise. Maybe start with 20 jumping jacks, 20 sit ups, 20 push ups and then repeat 3 times and work up to 5 sets. Maybe add in squats or weighted lunges with dumbbells. Quick and easy, keep it under 30 minutes so speed is critical.
I need someone to call me and bug me to get up. Then call again and make sure I am up. And then call again, because I am lazy and warm in my bed and don't want to get up and go downstairs cause it is cold.
