Not too happy about this weigh in and don't know what to think of it. Since I've tried eating low carb/ ketosis diet, which has been only the past two and a half days, I've been doing well, but I do not know how I fared the rest of the week prior to that. It doesn't help that I didn't track my calories, which could be a major culprit in this minor fiasco that is my weigh in. I hate seeing the ticker go back toward red, but I am trying not to get too bent out of shape over this. The fact that this weigh in is up a pound from the day before suggests to me that maybe this is hormonal, or water weight related. The dinner I had last night, while being fairly low carb, was high in salt. So perhaps this is water retention. I will try to drink more water and eat more veggies. Oh how I miss fruit! I have seder tonight, so I'm probably going to wind up carb loading to some extent, but I will try to mitigate the damage and hopefully next week there will be progress.
