Not real happy with myself right now. Gained 30 lbs back from my 90lb weigh loss of several years ago. Decided to try a new program called Fat Diminisher System to see if I could jump start my weight loss again. Been on it for 3 weeks and I've only succeeded in gaining weight. I need to motivate myself to get serious and get back to counting calories and working out. I need to stop being lazy and get back to business. Today is the day.
