For months I have not eaten anything unhealthy. My weight stablized from gaining 20 pounds with change in medicine but with tons of effort no loss. I read about 2 day low carb and more benefit with 1 day of fasting. To my surprise this morning actual weight loss. I am thrilled to say the least. Hopefully, this jiggling of carbs works. May 18th my weight was 174 pounds and I did not adjust my beginning weight loss accordingly.
