I had a slack weekend. I felt like I needed a weekend off to refocus my thoughts and just chill out for a while. Although I didn't break out the blue cheese and the chocolate cake, I did indulge in a couple of glasses of wine, didn't count my calories and didn't go to the gym. I also refused to weight myself all weekend as I was just so annoyed with ym scale. ( I know it's irrational to be annoyed at an object, but sometime I just can't help myself!!)

However,I didn't GAIN any weight all weekend, which was really nice! I'm sitting steady on 87kgs. And now I feel recharged and ready to go at it all again. Especially after watching the Bigget Loser Finale last night! That was so inspirational that for the first time a woman won!

I have a Personal Training Session on Wednesday (that I'm a little bit scared about...my P/t just about KILLS me, although I know it's good for me), and if I can get to the gym tonight, I'll be happy. And I've booked my littlest one into the creche at the gym on Friday, so I know I'll get to go then too.

I've also signed up to do the 8km walk at the Mother's Day Classic Fun Run in May, I have to get some serious walking training in as well. I'm really looking forward to doing it!

I also had a slack weekend. Sometimes we just need those to be able to stay on track in the long run. Good job on not gaining any weight though, that's awesome! And good luck training for the 8km walk. I'm sure you'll kick some butt! :)

Hey...in response to what you said on my journal... the MyFitnessPal site is made by this one guy called Mike. He reads everyone's suggestions and makes changes to the site constantly. He's in the process of making the site "more international." There are lots of Aus/NZ foods on that site and when you add new ones, they become available for other people to use. And you can get emailed comments, plus have status updates (like Facebook) as well as a blog. You should check it out! I'm Betzyrama on there too! I'm fluctuating between 86.9 and 87 each day (frustrating), so yeah we're about the same weight! My mate Gr00vygirl and I are racing to 70kilos, and she's beating me! Nooooooo!!!! :)

I wasnt beating you this morning (87.2) but I have to be good now as I am seeing a trainer in a week with print outs of everything I eat so he can advise me! He wants times of consumption too! :S
