Yesterday I weighed in with clothes on after I ate so this morning when I woke up I stripped down and got on the not so loved scale. It tells me 138.0 I must have jumped 3 ft in the air I was overjoyed. 12 lbs for me is a huge deal. Not to be labeled as 250+. My personal goal is by June 30th to be between 200 and 205 lbs. So a 32-38lb weight loss goal. I have faith that I can do it! My next big thing to focus on is WALK WALK WALK!! I have been cheating myself out of exercising! So for the month of May that is my first priority. Walking at least 45 minutes a day. Hopefully more. Thats 3 laps around the park by my house or 3 miles. Which is where I need to start at. Its been rainy but I need to think of the rain as a blessing so I wont overheat and sweat and get discouraged!

I thought I would update as it makes me feel better.
P.s. I am taking a multi and B complex vitamin everyday and I am wearing a patch to help with suppressing my appetite. I am notice a great difference and it is all the more encouraging to loose the weight!
