instead of this, i drink no sugar added chocolate instant breakfast and mix it w/ 2 cups of non-fat milk. it is actually much better for you and is about the same cals etc. PLUS you can take it anywhere to curb those cravings if you are out at the mall etc. :)

I found an alternative to the 1/2 cup milk... Unsweetened Almond milk has only 40 calories per serving for the low cal people, and 2 carbs for the low carb people. Use unsweet cocoa powder and you then truly have a low carb thick shake. Haven't tried it but will in the morning.

Thick and creamy yes. But make sure you like cottage cheese...it has the flavor of it. So personally i did not like.

This is soooo good I don't care if it tastes a little different than a regular milkshake, I'm happy just knowing it is so much healthier and still tastes so good!

First off, as I read all the reviews in regards to this item, some of you are really whiney. Make the shake according to it's directions and modify from that point. Even if you made it, added fruit, which would add 0 points (WW). It would only enhance the flavor.

It works, but I used fat free ricotta because I happened to have it on hand... very smooth. You can make your own chocolate syrup by using baking cocoa powder and just a few drops of hot water to "melt it". Adding the cocoa in powder form threw the texture off.
