Did pretty well with eating today. I ate my dinner too early, so I had 2 egg whites around 9. Not the best, but I knew if I didn't eat something then I would just snack...so I guess better than nothing. Didn't get in a workout today, besides walking all over campus for my classes. I had to work today too, and now I'm just trying to get homework done. Hopefully going to get a workout tomorrow in between classes and work!

Wow..you have a busy schedule. but your right, atleast you have a lot of walking involved. keep up the great determination and hard work...we can do this!

It is tough when you're in college. My friend did this while in college and I know what issues she had. Mostly it was her roommates eating junk food at night in front of her made it tough for a while. It's amazing how walking around campus is exercise considering you're caring your books. Keep up the good work!
