I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY need to get back on track. Last week was really bad for me wtih eating and working out, I don't even want to look at the scale. I don't feel like I gained that much weight back because I was still conscious of my eating habits, but I didn't always go with what was the best option. Today I've been eating really well, but I won't have time to get in a workout until tomorrow night. I'm just going to keep trying as hard as I can. I'm also going grocery shopping on Friday and that will hopefully help with new/healthy options. Eating out has been the hardest for me, I've found. I know what I should get, but I hate giving up stuff that I want when I go out. I need to get over that, or find ways to work with it, like only eating half. or still getting something healthy, although it might not be the healthiest thing on the menu, or the thing I want the most on the menu. I don't know...I'm just feeling lost and discourage because I feel like the hard work I put in before was a waste. ugggggggh I'm just stressed and being a baby about my life in general right now, school is killing me at the moment. I'll pick it up, I know I can, I just need to get over this

Hang in there...I know exactly how you feel, but keep pushing, you deserve this and I know you can do it! Like you said, cut portion sizes in half and that will help very much on the stuff that you really shouldn't eat! As long as you crave the craving it will help, if you don't you will just want to eat and eat! I have faith that you can do this! Chin up and push along!

Just remember...you are very strong and can get over this little slump. in my Extreme Fat smash book there's a tip that says if you're really getting weak. Take 90 seconds and look into a mirror deeply into your eyes, which are the windows to your soul. Try not to blink, just look into your eyes to try to find your inner strength. Good Luck. ~Ali

You are doing just fine - you have leaped over some hurdles already. 1. You are looking at what you are eating. 2. You do know what foods are better for you (choosing them all the time is very tough) 3. You are back in the saddle still trying. Those are accomplishments that you should be very proud of. Keep your chin up and just keep taking it a day at a time.
