Okay, so today has been a little rough, my Fibromyalgia is acting up I woke up really really stiff and sore all over. This happens often and it usually get's better as the day goes by but today is a different story, I am just about the same as I was this morning. I had/have a bunch of stuff to do today but doing it is a different story! I did go to Walmart and get baby food an stuff needed for the house but I had no choice my daughter needs to eat and my husband has to work late. That was a bit hard. Ok well I'll break it down for you my daughter is about 20lbs plus the 5 or so pounds for the car seat and about 2-4 lbs for the diaper bag. Just imagine carrying that up and down two set's of stairs when everything hurts all over. That feels like a workout in it's self. All in all today just hasn't been the greatest. I still have my workouts, house work dinner and a bunch of other stuff. :(

I here you my son also born in march weighs 22 pounds and I can't even lift him in his car seat,lol...I carry him and leave the car seat in the car and got a backpack instead of a shoulder diaper bag.Carrying him up stairs is so hard and I just got about 8 steps I can't imagine doing 2 sets of it.I think doing that a few times a day is a real work out I would say the stair master times 2. Has the little one started cereal yet?

I hope you have a better day tomorrow. I understand doing only what you have to when your body is not cooperating with you. I suggest not worrying about your workout on days like this, just concentrate on what you eat. What works for me is making a list, I do the stuff that can't be put off first and IF my body agrees then I'll do the rest also. It really wears on your spirit when you allow your self to be overwhelmed by things you can't change. Again, I hope you feel better soon.

Thank for the support! I really needed that. Now I don't feel so bad not doing my exercise. I did how ever have to do my house work. If i rest one day then everything will just pile up and I can't allow that. I don't like to cook unless I have a clean space. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
