I am back on track! After a horrible Saturday, I realized the junk food is just not worth it. Not only did I gain back a couple of pounds, but I felt horrible all evening. Yesterday the weather was beautiful so my oldest daughter and I went on a 4 mi. walk and mowed my father-in-law's yard. Being active felt good.
Today has started off okay. I got a great night's sleep and feel energized. I have to go into the bakery today, so I am hoping I can hold it together while I'm there.

Like they say, what's done is done. Just get back on track, and don't beat yourself up over what you can't change.
I understand what you mean about 'holding it togeather', (I work in a grocery store- I manage Floral, but there's still ALOT of temptation around!) And whenever I get something I love, but I should'nt be eating, I end up ticked off and depressed---for about 10 mins, then I pull myself togeather and say "OK, we are NOT doing that again!" And move on.

You can keep it together! If you are tempted, take a sip of water. After so much water you will have to pee all the time and realize that the temptation isn't worth the bathroom runs. Lol! If you do give in, like Mikracat said, just shake it off and set a new resolve not to do it again. You can do this!

Thanks ladies. Home from the bakery and I didn't crumble!!! Just spent an hour on the treadmill and had a glass of water and a healthy lunch. 2/3 of the way there!
