Back on the diet thing, but I am going to be more realistic about my goals. I have 66 days until my first real adult vacation. My fiance and I are going on a cruise for our anniversary :D I am super excited, but I need to lose some of the weight I have gained. I am starting on a 2000 calorie diet, one that has a lot of protein (egg substitutes and whole grain breakfasts) and a mixture of greens and chicken, fish, and maybe pork.. I am not a fan of most pork things, but I am giving this a dedicated try. I know some of my weight gain is because of my work and how unhappy I have been there. I work at a convenience store that doesn't even have fresh fruit... I generally snack on a ton of either packaged donuts, or eat candy. Everything is super expensive, so whatever is on sale tends to be what I buy... I just want to lose a more reasonable 15 pounds or a little more... I have puppies that make me more active than I was, and I have noticed that I have gained some muscle weight also. I just get a little down about how not even newer clothes of mine fit anymore. I have never been this large in my life, and its a little disheartening.
