Well, I still haven't seen the 150s yet, but it's my fault, hahaha. I went off diet and went fast food for most of my breakfasts and lunches. however, due to being as active as I am at work, thank goodness,I haven't gained as much as I normally would have. I've been hitting step goal frequently, which for my age and weight, I'm trying to stay around 10k steps. I'm never under 4k even on my off days because I've been taking my dog out to the park.
