As a single mother of two active children, I struggle with weight as most people here. This struggle is somewhat new to me. I have somewhat always been able to hold my weight at a comfortable level, until now. Four years ago, I was at my all time high and joined weight watchers as a part of a group from work. We all supported and motivated each other well. Two years ago, I was at my lowest level in quite sometime and happy to be there.

Somewhere, I fell asleep for a really long time and lost track of what I was doing that was successful because the weight is back. Needless to say I am doing all I can remember to get it off.

Surfing the net brought me here and I am hoping that logging all of my food again, tracking my exercise and doing it amongst those who are motivated for the same end result will again bring the same success.
