Im a working single parent with new found energy due to losing 26.3 kg. just started park run, bought a push bike late last year and enjoy an occasional swim. I try to walk 10000 steps per day. I had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy in August which has allowed me to kick start the weight loss process with a strong mind. Now it's about working out what makes you hungry and dealing with those situations so as not to eat unnecessarily, making healthy choices so as not to put weight back on (wls is only a tool not a permanent fix and requires a lot of focus and determination) and getting into other physical activities.
