My weight has been up and down for years, being 195 lbs at the highest and surprisingly, I started on FS in 2011 at only 139!! I can't imagine being at that weight now! Steadily working on willpower and a healthier lifestyle. Funny that where I "started" on FS at 139 is now my goal weight in 2019!
