Hey I'm Chloe!
I'm 17 years old, almost 18 and in a months time I am going to embark on my first ever holiday with no parents and no teachers, hence why I am trying to shed those few annoying pounds to get a 'beach babe body' (like THAT'S going to happen)!
Just want to feel good and confident in my own skin and I am trying out the new 5:2 Fast diet where you eat normally for 5 days and then fast for 2 only allowing yourself a maximum of 500 calories - wish me luck everyone!
Also! I cannot even run to the end of the street without feeling like my lungs have turned into the size of peas and can't get a breath, therefore I think eating more healthily, putting more exercise into my daily routine and generally being more healthy overall would be so beneficial to me. After all, I am only a teen and should be able run a mile and feel just fine right?
