I am 41 years old. I am a mother of three young boys. I never had a weight problems until after I had my third child. When I was in my twenties, I was a model. So I kept my weight at around 120 until I had my first. After my first child, I kept my weight around 125. After my second, I kept it around 135. After my third, I couldn't get past or stay at 145 pounds. I have been yo-yo dieting now for 7 years and I'm fed up. I have been on Atkins before and lost 80 pounds. (That happened after my 2nd child). Everytime I got pregnant I would gain 60+ pounds. So now I am back at it. I am really excited about this website. I can actually keep better track of my carb intake. I can use this website even when I am not on Atkins.
