I am a wife and Mom to three great kids. And I am also at the most weight I have ever been at and need to make a change. I have done Atkins before a few years ago and did awesome, lost 60lbs. Then got married and had a baby, and just have not been able to lose weight since. Atkins worked before so hoping that it can help me get back on track again.
