I'm a 33 year old living in beautiful Richmond, Virginia (RVA). I have a degree in Nutrition but that doesn't mean I'm good at following my own rules... I have a problem with sugar and portion sizes. I'm hoping to get out a diet slump that having a baby and COVIDtimes has put me in. Signed up for a 6k in December to get back into running and love to go on hikes on the weekends (especially in this amazing RVA fall weather). The toddler gets faster every day and I need to keep up with him! Since I'm awful with accountability I have my husband and sister to help to keep me motivated. <3
