I turned 21 last night! It was so much fun. I did splurge a little, mostly on drinks, but I worked out like hell (jogged for 30 minutes in the morning). I'm not a really big party person so I didn't do much. I do feel like I drank my entire days worth of calories.

I've been seeing a lot of unhealthy challenges lately :/ it's kind of upsetting that people start these challenges without doing their research. You should not starve yourself to lose weight because you're going to gain it back. I guarantee it. It has happened to me and many others. Lose weight correctly and do your research please!

I need to not weigh myself everyday, because weight fluctuation is killing my confidence. I'm still working out like crazy though so it should pay off. I will probably weigh myself in about a week to see where I am.
Work is starting to stress me out again so I have to work on that again, maybe take my lunch outside so I don't have to listen to the constant jabbering of other coworkers.

I didn't work out yesterday :/ but I was pulled away with my sister to go to the mall so I did get some cardio in! I'll probably spend all day doing small work outs through out the day and I'll do some hardcore cardio tonight.
