I should have waited until today to weigh in. my weight balanced out and now I'm 162.5 right now and that means 12.5 lbs until I get to go get my belly button pierced. I downloaded this app called myfitnesspal and it has really helped me make sure I'm getting the right amount of calories.

YESS! My stress and bloating weight gain is gone! I weighed myself this morning and it was magnificent! I'm going to wait until next week to weigh in though. Yesterday was supposed to be my break day, but that didn't happen. For some reason I'm having trouble getting myself not to work out no matter how sore I am.
I'm thinking when I get down to 150 lbs I'm going to reward myself with a naval piercing. Also, when my friend and I get to our goal weight we're going to go to Disneyland :). We have it for January 2016 that way we will have enough time to get the money and lose the weight properly.

Today is my break day from working out. It's been a week and a half and my body is exhausted. My muscle weight has replaced my fat so I'm not losing as much on the scale, but I can see the change a bit. My thighs are getting thinner which makes me happy and there is some toning in my stomach and butt.

I'm really hoping to lose twenty lbs (or look like I've lost twenty lbs) by Christmas. I know I'm not the only one who dreads the Christmas season pictures. Every time I look back at them I look like the blob all bent over myself.
One lb a week is going to be my minimum, but hopefully I can lose two a week.
