I had a really good day. I got my hair done at a Kerastase salon and it was so refreshing. Before that I went grocery shopping with my husband and the kids. We let them have a mall play date and then they played at the splashpad. Now everyone is in bed and I can clean my kitchen in peace. I can use the restroom without an audience. I can eat/drink without sharing. Ahhh the simple things lol.

I hate feeling hungry. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and a snack so far and my stomach is still pretty angry. I've drank a lot of water, green tea and I even chewed gum. I'm trying to wait until 6 to cook dinner, because if I eat too early I will be hungry again before bed.
Maybe my calories are set too low. Idk, but this is frustrating. Hunger is the reason why I decided to just be overweight and happy for the last 18 months. In the past losing weight was super easy. It didn't require much effort on my part. After my second son the weight just dropped off. After my daughter it came off without too much of a fight... I'm only 31 so I can't imagine that my metabolism has slowed down all that much. sheesh. I guess I better go chew some more gum (sugar free) and drink some more water.
I'm cooking chicken alfredo with broccoli, bell peppers and onions. I make my own sauce and it is pretty amazing. Yummmmm.

I didn't have much of an appetite today, so I'm way below my rdi. My fitness tracker says I have burned 2700 calories so far today (18000 steps). That means my defecit is over 1000 calories today. This was a good comeback, because yesterday was rough 😁

I let my burger cravings get the best of me today...and I went over my Rdi 😓. All I can do is try to burn off some of those calories and do better tomorrow.
