*Riverdances onto me page in pure delight*
Made my first journal entry last friday and was away for the weekend so 'twas unbelievable to return to replies of encouragement to my entry... thank you lorik, RescueAGreyhound, gramnbear, Sararay and BadAndee - you know who you are and be warned, I'm gonna hunt ya down and return the compliment (but I fervently promise not to stalk... too savagely *s*).
As far as eating goes... thank God its Monday! I do well on my lil rountine Mon to Fri... but then I have to go home and there is cake and biscuits and big fat Carb type thingy's all over the place and all singing to me like sirens.... and I'm Pisean! *blesses self for strength*
By the way.... does anyone know if Guinness is Bad when on Atkins..(he asked hopefully) and you may lie!
Weigh in on Friday! Hope that you'll still talk to me after it!

Well... this is my first entry here, and my second attempt at a low carb diet. I tried before Christmas and in truth did amazingly well it was brilliant to wave the lbs bye bye...
Then one frosty Christmas Eve..... temptation came and a lil devil on my shoulder who was VERY convincing said to me.... "Shure Davy just ONE lil piece of coffee cake won't do any harm, its Christmas and look how well you have done... grins... and the rest is... tragic...
I was 3lbs off my target at one point.. am about 14lbs off it now... BUT.. we can always try again and its soooooo long till Santa comes again... isint it!
*crossing fingers and several other appendages!*
