Ok.. so.. I failed.. I have gained back almost all of the weight that I started at... So.. back to my diet... and this time I have really got to stick to it.. cus I did not do it long enough to make it on my own. Wish me luck guys.

I havent been able to log my food lately.. however, Ive obviously been doing okay by not doing so. With this website.. I learned what foods are okay with points, and which arent. So.. with all that in memory, Ive been able to stick to the diet the way I should. Dont get me wrong, I am getting my small endulgences once in awhile.. but they are included in my points. So.. I feel Im doing just what I intended to do.. get healthy, lose weight, and watch what I eat!!! Woohoo!! Go ME!!

So.. Memorial Day weekend was a blast... but if you look at my diet calendar.. you will see that I did not keep up with my records. I did do my best to eat right this past weekend.. just spent too much time with family, that I couldnt even tell you what I ate and when i ate it.. I wasnt worried about putting it on here. However.. i do know that I did well.. and made sure that I followed what I have learned.. and made sure to stay away from the desert table.. and the fatty stuff. With everyone else burger, I had a jennie o turkey burger and a baked potato with fat free butter spray.. salt.. anda little mozzarella. I however, did eat two deviled eggs of my moms.. and I know the mayo in those suckers was not fat free... lol. But.. I can proudly say .. that my scale has shown that even if I do not have the capability of getting to my computer to jot my stuff down.. that I have learned a healthier way to choose what i eat!! Ooohh, I so proud of ME! hehe :-)~

OOk.. so Im splurging this afternoon.. and totally going to have to work out for an hour this evening!! I pretty much been eating only healthy foods for three weeks now.. lost 7.5 lbs..according to my Wii Fit. I think I deserve a little splurge. So.. Im going to.. but back to the healthy stuff tomorrow!! Yippee!!
