Wow yesterday was a tough one. I had a taste for my spaghetti and meat sauce ..and made it only hoping to eat a cup 1/2 and salad. And ended up eating more than 2 1/2 cups and no salad....ugh! I've been a lil discouraged this week... The scale isn't moving one way or another....I feel like I weigh 145lbs based on what I feel my efforts are...but the scale still has me in the high 160's, so I guess my efforts really aren't working.... I know it’s better than when I was in the 170's....but I'm determined this week/weekend to do allot more cardio and strength building...hopefully I’ll see 160 in a couple of weeks.....I also have been wondering if the gnc meal replacement I drink once a day is causing my weight to sit still??? hmmmmm? Have a great week FS buddies!!

Happy Hump Day!!! I've got to incorporate exercise in my daily tasks. I work all day then I have my 3 year old daughter who is a hand full. By the time I get her fed, bathed and in bed...I sure don't feel like exercising....sigh...Just doesn't seem like there are enough hours in the day...ugh... Any advice on how I squeeze in some serious fitness? Also over the past few weeks I've been eating allot more veggies...but uh....well.... anyone know a quick and effective product that reduce what happens from eating allot of veggies?? LOL... hopefully its obvious what I'm referring too. Beano maybe? Have a healthy and goal driven day!! :-)

I've got to start an exercise regiment. I love the outdoors--buts so hot in Florida.....sigh.... Anyone try Planet Fitness? I heard they serve pizza on Wednesdays lol....no place I'd need to be.... But I have one very close to my home... Guess I'll check it out this weekend. Also can anyone share how to change my diet on my profile from Adkins to my own? Thanks!! Happy Thursday!!!

I am slowly starting to see (at least on the scale) a lil weight loss :-). My goal is 2lbs a week....but I'll take the 1 lb.---both are encouraging me to stick with it. Yesterday I succumbed to my urge to eat a pot pie. I baked it and when I took it out of the oven...it was this tiny lil pie...almost about 5 bites in all....but I took smaller bites in order to savor it.... I looked at the nutritional guide on the box and I was shocked that for this tiny meal it was packing large numbers--calories:390 (198 from fat) Carbs:36 and the huge on Sodium:1010----I have high blood pressure and have to watch my salt intake....I will never eat one of those again. LOL and the kicker was I was still hungry after eating it. It wasn't even as filling as a couple of cups of broc/carrots or peas and carrots??? I'll stick to veggies.
