I'm not certain how its possible, but this weekend I attempted to add my weigh in of 171.2 and when I entered it the system populated me as having gained 2lbs? I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I got frustrated with trying to correct the error and still wasn't able to. So I decided to wait till today to deal with it. Hopefully I find out what I did wrong so it wont happen again going forward. BTW Happy Monday hope everyone had a great healthy weekend!! :-)

I will be joining the many Atkins success stories. I've tried this eating plan years ago and I liked it and saw results. I'm excited to begin a new journey to healthy eating and weigh control. I'm beginning it on Monday Mar 16, 2015 so I can 1st stock my fridge and pantry full of the essentials I'll need to be successful.

Finally got batteries for my scale.. down a lil....but I'm happy with that... Lets see how the weekend goes.

This is harder then I thought it would be. I entered all the ingredients I used for my crock pot chicken and also the few drinks I had and even the snacks and it all put me "well over" my 1500 calorie limit. Geesh I didn't realize that a few ingredients and alcohol would make such a huge difference. Note taken----> leave the booze, white rice, rice krispy treats....alone! lol I need to find some alternatives for rice krispy treats....
