So far so good. Ive not had a "perfect" week, but Im feeling good and Im sticking to the plan for the most part. Dinners have been my struggle because either weve ordered out or Im too busy to be the one cooking (and controlling what goes in it). Ive got to find a way to get in more water a day too. Im drinking a lot of liquid, but not a lot of water.
Took a walk on my lunch yesterday and it felt good, but also it reminds me how far I have to go and how far I am from where I was. Its easy to be frustrated with myself but Im trying not to hold on to that.
Ill be out of town this weekend for a couple of work events. I can control breakfast and lunch tomorrow and then Ill have to rely on my commitment to make better choices from there. Im nervous because Ive had no boundaries for so long and I know there will be pizza on Sunday.

Lunch with a Mediterranean flair. Farro, chicken, cukes, tomatoes, black beans, feta, and kalamata olives, topped w/ chia seeds and lemon juice/olive oil dressing.

Ive updated my Macros on here before but now I cant figure it out. I want to put my own numbers in. Did they update it so we cant do that now?

Weight is up today, but thats because I had a IDGAF weekend - also knowing that Im going to try to buckle down and really do this. Which in hindsight is dumb because it just moved me back further from my goal. I also need to check my attitude. Ive been starting to let negativity in and I need to knock that off. It really makes a difference.
I met with a Dietician last week and got a macro update. Its lower than Im used to (and by that I mean when I actually tried to follow macros). I did some prepping yesterday and I think that Im ready, finally, to start. Im working the next two weekends so Im a little worried about that, but I think that if I can plan, and stick to it, then it shouldnt be an issue.
