Ok my freakout is under control. I went to my healthy weight management class last night and realized that it wasnt just a few celebrations that Ive been having, weve also been drinking a ton of boba lately and weve been going to the movies because we bought a pass to see all of the Hunger Games movies over 5 weeks. Hi Reality - nice to see you again. I made an appointment with my gyms dietician which was WAY more reasonably priced than I expected. Im not sure what I expect to get out of it yet so any advice is appreciated. I really just need some accountability. My fasting glucose this morning was 147 but Im not sure If I had a sip of coffee (with creamer) before I took it. I dont think I did but Im not sure. We got a bunch of snow today so I guess my workout will be shovelling!
Next week, Im going to try to meal plan as well as meal prep. Prep is fine for breakfast and lunch but that leaves dinner wide open to takeout.

Lunch- protein pasta, boneless skinless chicken breast, mixed veggies, low fat feta, black beans, and some skinny girl chipotle ranch.

Out of town for work last week, and then a big birthday weekend for my kid who turned 16. We indulged. Special day aside though - why do I keep doing this to myself?

Not happy with the weigh in, but Im assuming its because Im still ridiculously sore, and we had a big dinner last night. Lots of water today and will get some movement and stretching in.

Went to the gym yesterday - and waaaay over did it. I can barely walk. I really didnt think that I was being dumb but I guess I was. I also didnt realize that one leg is so much stronger than the other, thank god I have one that still works. I think it was the split squats that got me.
I wanted to weigh in today, but I overslept and had to take my kid to school. I also didnt check my blood sugar. Im such a mess today. It can only get better though!
