Not much of an appetite, find I am getting full before finished and leave it behind. If I get hungry add extra protein. like to snack on pickles, sour, vinegar and salty. staying away from foods that I reach to. Got in some wheat in beer cheese sauce, nausea bloating, IBS, migraine. Have to be more careful in checking contents.

After vacation. Really didn't eat much extra on trip. Though still having jet lag so not as active. Seeing neurosurgeon today to go over MRI result

Dr. Musgrave office wt. Weight seems to be starting downward trend. Maybe a pound a week since DNC with polyp removal, stopped Promethium, bleeding stopped, GI better since logging foods which I react negatively and avoiding them, went back to 3-11 lifestyle where I physically feel my best. Less fatigue. Not really hungry eating between [12 -2 pm] up to 10 pm. 2 meals, but can't eat heavy and maybe snack around 5p pm. Despite pain and needing to work adaptive, have been working almost daily in garden 2 to 5 hours, slowly but with good progress. Getting stronger despite spinal, knee. foot issues. Have to watch the heat too. With adding extra dose of Metformin and above... maybe I will continue to get to a better weight.

Getting MRI and lumber x-rays. Feels might have lumbar stenosis with neurogenic claudication.
Concerning, along with rt. knee needing joint replacement
Was very encouraged by finding SBMI [smart BMI]
adds sex and age in the calculation. Per their model I am overweight, not obese. And they recommend focusing on healthy eating, rather than weight loss. Recommend that weight goal of 207 was realistic and 199 not recommended for me to focus on. This has been where I have been mentally, feeling good and comfortable in my body. Yes, need to be careful of carbs but not with focus of weight loss but what I need to do to keep Insulin Resistance under control to feel good and keep healthy. Really hate the BMI as there is so much wrong with it. Such as height loss from aging, surgery, disease causes BMI to go up even if there is no change is weight. Yet the medical community practically badgers the patient in a brief visit without
even assessing factors beyond poor dietary habits.
