Back on it today. My ketone strip said "trace" today, which is better than negative. lol. Tomorrow, I will have even better results after this fat filled day.
On with the positives- I made employee of the month for the month of March. AND yesterday a colleague told me I looked fantastic and asked what I was doing to drop the weight. I'm excited to keep progressing :)
