Uh-oh, I cheated a little bit, had a tiny bit of mac n cheese last night. Otherwise, I've been really good. I didn't exercise this week, so I can see why I've gained weight. Back on track starting this weekend...

76,2 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 1,4 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 20,4 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

Hello YShibata. My hubby (VancouverEdward) and I are both on the diet as well. As a matter of fact, he inspired me to go on it. Like you, I went off track a couple of times during my Phase 1, but when you get back on track, you'll see the weight loss. Your dog is adorable. We've got two little toy poodles. Keep up the progress.
