I've been stuck at 168 for the past few days. Not sure why. I've been sticking pretty closely to the diet. Hubby made whole wheat pancakes for breakfast, I only ate one. It was pretty good.

We're in Phase 2 now even though I didn't lose much weight. I think because I haven't been exercising enough. Maybe eating some starch will kick us back into losing weight if we go like this for a few days and go back to Phase 1 after that. We'll see.

I tried posting my weight a few days ago and the darn thing didn't work. Hope it works today.
76,2 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 1,4 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 20,4 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

Don't get down in phase 2 the weight lose always slows and exercise is very key keep it up it will start again

Do a day of exercise and keep the caloric intake on the low side (20 to 50% of your normal intake), I can almost guarantee a motivating loss of a couple of pounds.
