I will turn 70 in January and my goal is to build muscle and bone density, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and be as healthy as I can be. We are working on establishing a permaculture food forest and prairie in addition to our large garden (which produces nearly all of our vegetables!) Besides my outdoor interests, I am a puppeteer, building shows and performing for schools and libraries, as well as presenting needle felting workshops. (All of my puppets are needle felted.

I have a wonderful spouse, a sweet Golden Retriever, two adult daughters and sons-in-law, and two grandsons - and two sheep and 20+ chickens...I want to be able to continue to do lots of fun things with all of them for years to come.
