I am a 56 year old female trying to make the adjustment to my husbands retirement last year and our relocation to our "dream home". I have 2 grown daughters and 4 grandkids. Not being as near to them as before has more difficult then I thought it would be. I previously was very successful on the SBD losing 30 pounds in 3 months and want to get back that success. I know the diet works and is a very easy diet once you get into the routine!!
