I am a 53 year young woman looking to make some changes in my life. I started doing WW, but found that the weight loss was too slow for me. I have switched to Alli and I am finding some immediate success (which I understand may not always last!)I know that weight loss is not the recipe for happiness, but I feel strongly that it will contribute to the positive direction that I would like my life to take.
