It was a rough weekend, and I ate out A LOT. I also felt sick most of the time. Sometimes was because of the weather, some was because I ate too damn much, and some was me over-exerting myself. I skipped my workout on Monday so that I could rest my body. Tuesday I felt so stuffed and I was miserable. So, I said thats enough and made a trip to the store, picked up things that I need to move myself ahead. Yesterday I watched what I ate and I felt so much better. Didnt hit my macs but thats ok, I was under and not over. I went to the gym and did some squats, swings, KB deadlifts, carries, lunges, and step ups and it felt good. Today Im sore (of course) but in a good way. I need to figure out what Im going to do tonight at the gym, maybe a class.

Rough weekend. It was cold and crappy out but I still mowed and cleaned the carpet. Pretty much felt like crap all weekend. I weighed on Sunday and it was the same as Friday but Im up a little today. Im assuming that its from the amazing pasta salad that my mom made for dinner last night that I ate way too much of. Its honestly my favorite, and she doesnt make it often (thank god). Probably not the only reason but thats what Im blaming it on.
Another good workout yesterday. Im basically doing a kettlebell workout I found on pinterest and adding suitcase/uneven/farmer carrys to the end of each round. I pushed myself a little more with some heavier weights and skipped the last round of carrys but I still felt good about it.

I dont care if this loss is water weight, Im super happy that one week of "trying" has brought results. Like my body is saying- FINALLY. So weird how easy things are when the switch flips in my brain. I know it wont always be easy, and thats what Im most worried about. This time Im acknowledging and trying to watch for triggers. Im tired of starting over.
