After being served to 6 hungry adults, there was only about 1 1/2 cups leftover of this savory gobbler chili.
Ingrédients

- Soak black beans in large bowl of water with 1-2 teaspoons of baking soda overnight. Rinse well. Place in crockpot.
- Heat skillet to medium-high, add extra virgin olive oil, yellow onion, a heaping tablespoon chopped garlic and celery. Add in a teaspoon black pepper, rosemary, Italian seasoning, a teaspoon chili powder, oregano, and 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt.
- Sauté until slightly tender. Add all to crockpot.
- In uncleaned skillet, add ground turkey and remaining spices.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Add to crockpot.
- Add remaining ingredients (except for the red onion, save for topping) to crockpot. Stir and cook on low approximately 8 hours.
- Serve with shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese, lite sour cream and chopped red onions.

This was a really delicious and filling recipe. My whole family loved it. There were no leftovers! forgot to add the sweetener, no one noticed.

I made this recipe but instead of using the cannelini beans I used kidney beans which is what i had on hand.... DELISH! My kids loved it and my brother who is anti-diet anything loved it as well - he couldn't believe it was a healthy dish.

I can already tell EVERYONE that this recipe is YUMMY! My husband and I helped eat it for dinner the first time it was "created"! We went back for 2nds and 3rds! LOL
