Hello...I am Lori D., a 46-year old lady with four children, two are on their on and two still home with me...barely. I have fought my weight all of my life and still do. I wrestle with 20 lbs here and there all of the time. I have a pear-shape and a type "A" personality. I have a herniated disc in my back and have trouble exercising and doing any type of hard exercise, but I seem to manage. When I stick to my diet, I do really well! I do beleive that a lot of dieting starts in the brain...if brain isn't in it, neither is the body! I am a nurse who is on a leave of absence because of the back thing and bored to tears.
