Well as my name implies I am the wife of a military man! For over ten years now we have been on this crazy rollercoaster of active duty life. I love it and all except this one part.... I am always the fattest person at every function! Whos fault is that I know ME! I have been yoyo dieting for a long time but obviously that doesnt work and I am sick of it, so here I am doing atkins for real and for the rest of my life! There are many reasons my health, the health of my family, my future career, and of course wanting to look and feel good. We are currently overseas and honestly just to get clothes to fit I have to order them online because they dont even have my size 20 here in Italy. My goal is before December to buy a new wardrobe of Italian clothes, of course they wont be high end fashions that would be way to expensive but just to know that I could buy an outfit in a regular store would sure make my day!
