I have been really stable since July. Getting rid of sugar and caffeine really seemed to calm down the bipolar swings. Without the stimulants the manic flattened out and the depressions haven’t come. Many years ago I tried medication and gave up on it. I learned a lot about my mind in therapy and hated the meds!
Two days he came roaring back. Nothing exists except for darkness and cold. I’m locked away and can’t fight back. He wants me dead, always has, it’s depressions main reason for existing. I know I won’t lose. Wanting to die doesn’t mean I will. I came to accept that a long time ago. That makes it easier. I don’t have to fight to live. I just have to wait out the darkness. It always leaves. A couple of days, a week, he’ll even a month.

This weeks loss of 2lbs on my 17th week is my lowest week so far. Won’t complain. Have avoided plateauing or gaining so far. Didn’t eat enough this week. Average of 611 calories per day but I ate when I needed to eat.
Landed late last night and then left at 4am for a weekend of cleaning at my son in laws. Last year his wife passed away. Life on his own with 3 kids got the best of him.
$300 in cleaning supplies. $600 for a roll off dumpster. $100 for pizza and wings ( I didn’t eat). $800 in groceries.
Giving your loved ones a clean house and a fresh start. Priceless.

Shrewdness you were quite correct. My second planned fast for the week ended at about 20hours. Maybe 23ish, quite honestly I don’t really time my fast. I start a week with “planned” fasts but from there I go by how I feel. Not by hunger because I pretty much ignore that but when I run out of energy I know it’s time to eat.
A pound of chicken and frozen stir fry gives me pretty good macros and are about the extent of my cooking abilities.
